Be the right hand to the Program Director while supporting the hiring and onboarding of key support staff across the region for one of the world’s most prestigious Investment Banks.

We’re hiring a Recruiting Specialist to join our Total Talent Solutions team. This is a unique role that blends direct administrative support for the Program Director with client-facing recruiting operations for a high-profile account.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the administrative backbone for the Program Director (calendar management, agendas, meetings, reporting and any other administrative requests as needed).
- Coordinate scheduling, onboarding, and off-boarding for on-site talent across the region.
- Post jobs, manage candidate communication, and handle interview logistics.
- Liaise with client representatives and ensure requisition activity flows seamlessly in Fieldglass/VMS.
- Prepare offer letters, guide candidates through onboarding, and conduct new hire orientations.
- Support off-boarding logistics and ensure timely communication with departing employees.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in a fast-paced corporate environment (staffing/finance preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Outstanding judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Comfort with ATS/VMS tools (Fieldglass, ATS experience a plus).
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with professionalism.
- Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, vlookup, index(match), formatting, tables, building workbooks etc.
- Mindset: Collaborative, resilient, detail-oriented, and open to learn and grow.

Pay range minimum: $ 48,000.00
Pay range maximum: $ 69,600.00
