Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, wanted to expand their plant capacity quickly but they lacked sufficient internal recruiting team capacity to meet these needs. We implemented a dedicated team of 5 technical recruiters to focus on these roles and worked with the client to manage and promote hiring events.
