Now Hiring Maintenance Technician

Location: Albany, GA 

Pay Rate: $24.00+ per hour 

Shift: Day and night shift

Machines break. That’s life. But you? You’re the one who knows how to unbreak ‘em — and fast. Whether it’s a busted belt, a motor throwing a tantrum, or some mystery noise nobody else can figure out, you’ve seen it, fixed it, and probably yelled at it a few times. Good news, you’re in demand. 

What Fuels Success Here:

• GED or diploma; technical schooling is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience fixing machines, tools, or facilities.
• Comfortable reading schematics, manuals, and blueprints.
• Familiar with HVAC, plumbing, welding, or CMMS? Even better.
• Physically fit and ready for real-world work.

• Check machines, spot problems early, and keep them running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns fast — electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, whatever’s thrown your way.
• Handle repairs and preventive maintenance so downtime doesn’t win.
• Keep the crew safe and the floor moving.
