A respected name in the textile and manufacturing space is seeking a Manual Sewing Associate to support its production team. Hours & Pay
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
- Employment Type: Temp-to-hire
Daily Responsibilities
- Operate manual and industrial sewing machines to sew fabric components according to specifications.
- Read and follow work instructions, patterns, and production orders.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Perform basic sewing machine adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Meet daily production and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience with prior sewing experience preferred.
- Ability to sew straight seams and follow detailed production instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for approximately 7.5 hours and perform repetitive hand motions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a solid work history.
Work Environment
This position operates in a manufacturing and production setting with moderate noise levels. The role requires consistent hand-eye coordination, repetitive motion, and a focus on precision and craftsmanship.
