Location: Van Wert, OH
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Shift: 5 AM – 5 PM, Friday-Sunday

We need dependable people who know how to hustle. As an Assembly Worke,r you’ll assemble products, work with tools, and keep the crew on pace.

Skills That Make You Stand Out

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Reliable, punctual, and steady in attendance
• Able to read instructions or simple diagrams
• Strong focus on quality and safety
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet

• Build and assemble products by hand and with tools
• Use equipment to get the job done right
• Inspect every piece for accuracy
• Pack and move goods down the line
• Hit production targets with your crew
• Stay locked in on safety
