This opportunity is with a well-established automotive manufacturing company producing instrument clusters and head-up displays used in today’s vehicles. We are hiring one Production Worker to support multiple production functions across the facility, offering hands-on experience, steady schedules, and room to grow.
Hours & Pay:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | $15.25/hour
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM | $15.50/hour
- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM | $15.75/hour

What You’ll Do Each Day:
- Operate production equipment to manufacture automotive instrument clusters and head-up display components
- Support molding, material handling, sub-assembly, final assembly, HUD operations, or 5C organizational functions as assigned
- Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality requirements
- Perform quality inspections and equipment checks to ensure product standards are met
- Move materials, totes, or finished goods using dollies, conveyors, or storage systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, OEE, and KPI targets
- Rotate workstations as needed to support workflow and efficiency
Roles May Include:
- Molding Operations: Running plastic injection molding equipment and moving totes as needed
- Material Handling: Delivering parts to assembly lines and receiving finished products
- Assembly & HUD Operations: Performing repetitive assembly tasks with minimal lifting and walking
- 5C Support: Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and supply levels within assigned departments
What We’re Looking For:
- Entry-level candidates welcome; no prior manufacturing experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (not continuously)
- Willingness to stand for most of the shift and walk as required by role
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to work in a production setting
