The Daily Grind (aka What You’ll Do):

• Load, unload, sort, and move products by hand or with equipment
• Pick, pack, and prep items so orders are accurate and ready to roll
• Use handheld scanners or devices to track products (we’ll train you)
• Stay active — on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs, and keeping pace
• Follow safety rules and help keep the floor clear and organized
• Show up, clock in, and give a solid day’s work — no coasting
• Keep your focus sharp — details matter when orders are on the line
• Be willing to learn, follow instructions, and improve every shift
• Work with your crew — team-first, no drama
• Stay flexible — shifts, overtime, and new tasks come with the territory
• No experience? No problem. We’ll train hard workers who bring the hustle
