Location Lebanon, TN

Pay Rate: $18.75 – $25.00 per hour (depending on the shift)

Schedule Options:
1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 6 AM, 6:30 AM, or 7 AM | 8-hour shifts (5 days/week) or 10-hour shifts (4 days/week)

• 1st Shift Training Schedule: 7:45 AM–3:00 PM or 8:45 AM – 5 PM

• 2nd & 3rd Shift Training Schedule: 3:45 PM–12:00 AM or 8:45 AM – 5 PM

This is what it takes to work for us.

• GED or high school diploma required
• 6+ months of forklift/reach truck experience in a warehouse setting
• Valid cert
• Run sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks (crown/yale), cherry pickers, and electric pallet jacks
• Know safety rules and warehouse basics
• Read work orders and labels with accuracy
• Stay strong — lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet
• Load, unload, move, and stack product all shift
• Inspect equipment and report issues
• Reliable, on time, and team-first
