Schedule: 8:00am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $25 – $27/hr.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and Inspire: Oversee all day-to-day operations, financial performance, and team management to meet ownership and company goals.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Maintain a high level of resident satisfaction and community engagement, ensuring positive reviews and long-term retention.
  • Drive Financial Success: Manage budgets, collect rents and fees, prepare financial reports, and ensure timely processing of invoices and deposits.
  • Stay Organized and Compliant: Keep accurate resident files, follow all regulations, and maintain compliance with company and local policies.
  • Maximize Occupancy: Implement creative marketing strategies, analyze traffic and leasing performance, and support your leasing team in securing new residents.
  • Vendor and Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate contractors and vendors, monitor billing, and ensure work is completed efficiently and professionally.
  • Create Community: Develop resident programs, respond promptly to requests, and promote a positive, connected environment for all residents.
  • Lead in Emergencies: Follow company emergency response plans to ensure the safety of staff, residents, and property at all times.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in property management or multifamily leadership
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, collections, and reporting
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Leadership ability to motivate and guide a team toward success
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with property management software (Yardi experience a plus!)
  • A positive, professional demeanor and commitment to company values
  • Tax credit experience required and bi-lingual preferred
