Job Description:

We’re currently seeking a motivated Wood Treatment Specialist to join their growing team. If you’re dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to take on a new challenge, we want to hear from you!
Pay Rate: $16 per hour
Shift: Rotating 8–12 hour shifts (must be flexible with scheduling)
Responsibilities:
- Operate the treating plant safely and efficiently following quality control standards
- Conduct inspections and perform security-related duties
- Participate actively in company safety programs
- Assist with additional duties and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Metatarsal boots and full personal protective equipment (PPE) required
- Previous experience in a similar industrial or plant environment is a plus
- Willingness to work rotating 8–12 hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong work ethic and reliability
