Hiring Now – Full-Time Warehouse Opportunity!

Are you an experienced Forklift Operator looking for a stable, full-time position with competitive pay? Join a top logistics and distribution center in Charleston, IN, where safety, organization, and teamwork are top priorities.

 

 

Pay & Schedule

  • $19.50 – $22.50/hour (based on experience)
  • Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (3-day weekends!)

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate Cherry Picker / Order Picker and Reach Truck forklifts to move, pull, stack, and prepare inventory for shipping.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks as needed.
  • Follow OSHA and company safety protocols.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse areas.

 

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience operating Cherry Picker and Reach Truck forklifts.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and safety awareness.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • English communication skills (written and verbal).
