Job Description:
Staffmark is hiring entry-level Secret Shoppers to complete in-store evaluations at various retail locations in the Duncan area. This is a great opportunity to earn extra income while performing simple, structured tasks.
Pay: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Varies based on the day the 1st of the month falls
As a Secret Shopper, you’ll visit assigned locations such as retail stores, restaurants, or grocery stores and perform mystery shopping tasks according to detailed instructions. Your role is to evaluate employee performance by acting as a regular customer making a purchase. Based on the employee’s performance, you’ll provide a green or red card. After completing all stops on your assigned route, you’ll return the completed documentation to the branch.
Requirements:
- No prior experience required – entry-level friendly
- Must be reliable and able to follow detailed instructions
- Able to complete full assigned route
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional behavior during evaluations
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation preferred
