Staffmark is hiring a Painter for a respected manufacturing facility in Alexandria, MN. This is your opportunity to join a team that values craftsmanship, attention to detail, and career growth. Pay: $20.13/hour

 

Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Apply high-quality powder coat finishes to products according to specifications
  • Prepare parts and operate coating equipment, including setup and adjustment
  • Rack/unrack parts, inspect finishes, and package completed items
  • Read work orders and paint specifications to ensure accurate results
  • Track inventory and complete production records
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in painting or powder coating
  • Knowledge of industrial painting standards and quality expectations
  • Ability to read work orders and follow technical instructions
  • Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Steel-toe shoes required
