Administrative Assistant

Job Description:



Staffmark is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant in Alexandria, MN. We’re seeking a proactive individual who radiates positivity, embraces continuous learning, and takes ownership of tasks. Schedule: 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday 
Pay: $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors professionally, manage calls, emails, and provide information about the organization
  • Maintain daily schedules, calendars, and coordinate conference room bookings
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and review documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Handle office supply inventory, order materials, and manage incoming/outgoing mail
  • Support invoice processing: verify, code, match with receiving info, and input into Oracle
  • Reconcile vendor statements and update vendor information as needed
  • Receive and record parts and supplies into Oracle; communicate discrepancies to purchasers
  • Compile and review production data in Excel; assist with administrative support across departments
  • Coordinate office activities, travel arrangements, and career fairs
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks


Qualifications: 

  • Three years of administrative experience
  • MS Office skills
  • High school diploma or GED is required

Pay range minimum: $ 20.00
