We’re searching for a Closing Assistant to join our team and learn the ins and outs of the real estate closing process. Whether you’re brand new to the field or have some experience under your belt, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with hands-on training and plenty of support.
Pay: Starts at $20–$21/hour for entry level, with negotiable rates for experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM schedule (no weekends!)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Learn to complete New Construction Draws and process Closing Files
- Assist with drafting closing documents and scheduling closings
- Gain exposure to every step of the closing process while building real-world skills
- Provide top-notch support to the team while keeping things organized and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- A happy, approachable personality that thrives in a customer-focused environment
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and motivated to grow
- Experience is great, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
