Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Direct hire
Pay Range: $45,000–$55,000 annually, depending on experience
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Customer Service Associate, you’ll serve as a key connection point between customers, sales representatives, and operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer and sales inquiries via phone and email
- Learning and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, pricing, and services
- Processing and tracking customer purchase orders for finished goods, spare parts, and warranty/service replacements
- Building strong relationships with customers through professionalism, problem-solving, and proactive support
- Participating in training sessions to grow product knowledge and enhance customer service skills

What We’re Looking For
- Proven customer service and sales experience (required)
- Background in industrial, electrical, or mechanical equipment strongly preferred
- Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Sage, and SAP experience a plus)
- Spanish fluency is a plus
- Familiarity with generators or technical equipment is highly desirable
- Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a team-first attitude

Pay range minimum: $ 45,000.00
