Machine Operator

Job Description:



Staffmark is looking for a reliable Machine Operator to join a fast-paced production team in Alabaster, AL. If you’re dependable, safety-focused, and ready to contribute to a high-performing manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

 

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

 

Shift: Monday – Thursday | 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance and output
  • Set up, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance on equipment
  • Inspect finished products for quality and report defects
  • Accurately log production data and equipment activity
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Support teammates and supervisors with additional tasks as needed

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
