Customer Service Representative

Job Description:



Staffmark is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Johnson City, TN! Join a dynamic team where your problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude make a difference. In this role, you’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues with electric and gas water heater equipment, and ensure every customer receives timely, professional support.

 

Pay: $16.00/hr

 

Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

 

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and emails, following up on previous customer issues
  • Document call details, installation notes, and product information
  • Research product/part information and maintain records using web-based systems
  • Make warranty-related decisions for water heating and related equipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of call center or customer service experience
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic technical knowledge or aptitude
  • Solid computer skills and familiarity with software/hardware operations
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
