Hours & Pay
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00/hour, based on experience
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assemble hydraulic and pneumatic systems using hand and power tools
- Test all assemblies to ensure quality standards and functionality
- Update inventory records for parts used, defective components, and additional materials needed
- Perform minor repairs and assist with troubleshooting
- Coordinate with team members in material handling, sales, and logistics to meet deadlines
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Assist customers as needed with repairs and service needs
- Take on additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-year technical degree in Fluid Power, Mechatronics, or a related mechanical field strongly preferred
- 1–5 years of relevant assembly or shop experience
- Strong mechanical skills and hands-on aptitude
- Familiarity with fluid power systems is a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and a customer-focused mindset
