Schedule: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
Pay: $20/hr. (and no cap commission structure)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 250–400 B2B accounts with full ownership and responsibility
- Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive account growth
- Customize engagement approach for each B2B partner to maximize results
- Collaborate with Engineering to increase market share
- Partner with Marketing to create impactful sales materials
- Use data insights to contribute to territory action planning
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Qualifications: 2-5 years of Inside Sales experience within Off-Road or Agricultural, Marine, or Heavy Equipment industry.
