Pay: $22.00/hr – $23.00/hr
1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements: CargoWise experience and a solid background in general ledger reconciliations and financial reporting are preferred. Knowledge of financial systems and accounting processes is essential, as is at least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
Job Duties:
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Utilize check processing and electronic payments, including wire transfers
- Audit employee expense reports for policy compliance before processing reimbursement requests
- Accurately allocate specific expenses to the appropriate general ledger expense accounts
- Reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare monthly accruals
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
- Perform petty cash reconciliation
- Validate supporting documentation
- Handle vendor setup and maintenance
