Staffmark, in partnership with a leading engineering firm, is seeking a Senior Civil 3D Designer to lead design projects related to site infrastructure, grading, drainage, utilities, and more in Alexandria, LA. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact on a variety of exciting projects.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $16 – $40 per hour, based on experience

As the Senior Civil 3D Designer, you will take charge of civil engineering design projects, with a focus on site drainage, grading, and infrastructure constraints. You’ll develop and modify detailed models, plans, and drawings using Civil 3D and CAD standards. Collaboration with engineers, designers, and sub-consultants will be key to ensuring successful project outcomes. You’ll ensure all designs comply with relevant codes and engineering standards and oversee the review and approval of project deliverables. Additionally, you’ll manage project schedules and budgets, identify and resolve technical issues, and keep up with local, state, and federal regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• 10+ years of CAD and Civil 3D experience, with at least 5 years in land development engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
