Job Description:
Position Summary: The National Sales General Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets for corporate services division across all branches nationwide. This position will lead and mentor regional sales teams, develop and implement effective sales strategies, cultivate key corporate client relationships, and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with a proven track record of success in national sales management within intangible service industries, excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese, and the ability to manage complex operations.
Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Sales Management: • Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives, focusing on corporate services. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive revenue growth. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies. • Plan and execute webinars, conferences, and other client-facing events. • Lead and mentor regional sales managers and teams, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance. • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and results-driven sales culture. Corporate Client Relationship Management: • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. • Identify and pursue new corporate client opportunities, expanding the company’s market share in the services sector. • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to corporate clients. • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service to corporate clients, exceeding their expectations and building long-term loyalty. • Address and resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner. Operational Excellence: • Develop and manage the national sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment. • Ensure quality control across all sales and operational activities. • Implement and maintain sales processes and systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency. • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • Oversee the effective use of CRM and other sales related technologies.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in a management role within corporate sales, particularly in intangible service industries.
• Proven track record of success in corporate sales and team leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese.
• Strong ability to plan, execute, and achieve strategic goals.
• Experience working within a Japanese corporate environment, either in Japan or the United States.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and partners.
• Ability to attend frequent domestic travel (nationwide) up-to 2-3 times per month to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support regional teams.

Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
