Job Description:
Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and cheerful candidate to join our growing team as an Assembler in Pomona, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a leading manufacturer. If you are mechanically inclined, seeking a positive work environment, and ready to learn new skills, this is the perfect position for you!
Pay: $22 per hour
Hours: 6 AM – 2:30 PM

Essential Functions:
- Assemble machine parts and components using a variety of hand and power tools
- Follow mechanical blueprint instructions to assemble machines and verify detailing
- Spot Welding
- Scans jobs into systems
- Move parts and components to various departments
- Follow all safety procedures in handling equipment and machines
Qualifications:
- 3 years of mechanical assembler experience (assembling large, manufactured parts)
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent organization, time management, and judgment skills
