 Maintenance and Repair:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and structures.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural issues.
• Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures, and minor electrical systems.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, painting, and minor carpentry.
• Conduct routine inspections of systems and equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
• Identify and report potential safety hazards or deficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• Communicate effectively with staff and management regarding maintenance needs and issues.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of facility or building maintenance experience required
• Experience performing preventative and routine maintenance on commercial or industrial facilities
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of maintenance-related issues
• Experience with general building repairs, painting, and carpentry
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, kneel, and climb as needed throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to perform physically demanding maintenance tasks safely
