Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 6 am to 4:30 pm

Job Duties
- Steel Fabrication: Cut, fit, and weld steel components to build structural joists and deck products.
- Tool Operation: Safely use heavy industrial power tools, including grinders, cutting torches, and drills.
- Safety Compliance: Follow strict safety protocols as the primary priority on the production floor.
- Schedule Flexibility: Work full-time hours, including potential overtime, weekends, and multiple shifts to meet production goals.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
- Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
- Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Associate.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
