Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, production equipment, quality control, and workplace safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation.
- Previous CNC Machine Operator experience required.
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment and producing parts to specification.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Dependable work history with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, raw materials, machining processes, and in-process inspections preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Frequently lift, move, and position materials and finished products.
- Manual dexterity to safely operate machinery, hand tools, and measuring equipment.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while following safety procedures and production standards.
- Strong visual attention to detail for inspecting parts and identifying defects.
- Operate CNC machines and manufacturing equipment to produce quality parts according to specifications.
- Load raw materials, position stock, and perform machine operations following job instructions and production requirements.
- Monitor machine performance and maintain production rates while meeting safety and quality standards.
- Perform in-process inspections, record production data, and complete required documentation.
- Deburr, oil, inspect, and package finished parts into designated containers, pallets, or baskets.
- Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain part quality and ensure parts meet blueprint specifications.
- Identify, tag, and report non-conforming materials or production issues to supervisors.
- Maintain equipment, keep work areas clean and organized, and support general housekeeping efforts.
- Assist with additional production duties and cross-training opportunities as assigned.
