Location: Lewisburg, TN
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Education Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- Equivalent work experience will be considered
- Previous experience in account management, project coordination, customer service, or construction industry preferred
- Experience preparing quotes, pricing projects, and managing customer relationships
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Manage ongoing projects and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on customer quotes
- Review pricing to ensure company guidelines and profitability goals are met
- Negotiate pricing with customers and installers when needed
- Coordinate field checks between installers and job supervisors
- Re-price projects based on field check findings
- Schedule and coordinate installations while communicating timelines to customers
- Provide project status updates to customers and corporate offices
- Update customer portals and websites with project information
- Monitor jobs to ensure installations are completed on time and within budget
- Support sales and markup objectives while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Identify opportunities for additional business with existing accounts
- Maintain a professional and positive company image with internal and external customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting multiple departments or executive staff is beneficial.
- Experience with scheduling, document preparation, recordkeeping, and office coordination is preferred.
- Familiarity with business software, office equipment, and data entry systems is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and professionalism are well positioned for success as a Account Manager.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks.
- Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment.
- Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
