What You’ll Need to Bring

• Previous warehouse office/clerk expeirence.
• Experience using WMS or inventory management systems is a plus.
• Strong data entry, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to audit delivery routes and shipment details
• Identify, investigate, and resolve shipping or routing discrepancies
• Prepare, manifest, and dispatch outbound loads accurately and on time
• Coordinate inbound and outbound driver activity with warehouse dock teams
• Receive and dispatch drivers in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems
• Ensure all shipping and receiving documentation is complete and organized
• Support general clerical, office, and warehouse operations as needed
