Shifts:
Monday – Thursday | 9:45 AM – 8:15 PM EST
Tuesday – Friday | 9:45 AM – 8:15 PM EST

You’ll Rock This Job If You:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Must have ethernet cord (No Wi-Fi)
- Proficiency in web browsers and Photoshop is a plus
- Have a distraction free work environment
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve order issues, customer concerns, and product-related questions
- Follow up with customers regarding order details, submitted photos, and personalized requests
- Place, track, and manage orders through the company’s order management system
- Recommend improvements to customer experience, website usability, and merchandising based on customer feedback
- Assist with process improvement initiatives within the Customer Success team
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure customer satisfaction
