Every team needs that one person who just gets it done. As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll manage the details, support the crew, and keep the operation running like a pro. Your organizational skills and upbeat energy make you the go-to person everyone counts on.

What Gets You in the Door

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in paperwork and data entry
• Dependable with a strong work ethic

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers, drivers, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries
• Process customer orders, invoices, and billing information accurately
• Maintain records of deliveries, tickets, and customer transactions
• Assist with data entry and basic reporting in company systems
• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams regarding deliveries and order status
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper)
