Pay Rate: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
Shift: (1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) (2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM)
Pay increase after successful 6 months

Join us as a Production Associate in Mason and be the start of something real. You’ll run machines, assemble parts, or pack goods that ship around the world. It’s hands-on work with fair pay and room to grow.

What  Gets You Hired

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small parts (microscopes/magnification)
• Ability to follow written work instructions in English
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Frequent standing, sitting, and repetitive hand movements
• Lift up to 25 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Preferred:

• Medical device or manufacturing assembly experience
• Knowledge of ISO/cGMP standards and basic Microsoft Office skills

What’s Expected Each Shift

• Assemble small to medium-sized components following ISO/cGMP standards
• Operate equipment and processes per specifications (soldering, epoxy, laser welding)
• Perform in-process inspections and ensure product quality
• Accurately document time and production activities
• Package and label finished products per work instructions
• Identify and report issues related to materials, processes, or documentation
