Location: Dothan, AL
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Sometimes longer depending on truck loads)

No Shortcuts. Here’s What It Takes.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a warehouse unloading with forklift, picker, and squeeze experience.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds for 50% of the workday. Must also bend, crawl, walk, and stand for extended periods (20% of the workday).
• Skills: Strong communication skills (phone and email), basic writing and computer skills, teamwork mindset, and dependable transportation.
• Additional Requirements: Must be safety-focused, willing to work overtime if needed, and have a great attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Unloading and reloading tires from trucks and shipping containers.
• Using forklifts, pickers, and squeeze equipment to manage inventory.
• Retrieving products from high places using pickers (must not have a fear of heights).
• Communicating effectively via phone and email to support warehouse operations.
• Learning, reading, and understanding company forms and processes.
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
