• Physical strength to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet.
• Safety-first mindset with PPE always in play.

What a Shift Looks Like

• Perform welding and fabrication on metal components and structural frames.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements.
• Layout, fit, and assemble metal parts to specifications.
• Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
