We’re seeking a Accounts Receivable Clerk in Poway who enjoys tracking payments, logging transactions, and helping the team stay on top of deadlines. Organized? Detail-obsessed? You’re exactly who we want.

What’s Required

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
• SAP experience
• A degree in accounting/finance preferred

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate, obtain approvals, enter new customer information in SAP, and work with the CSR Supervisor.
• Work with GSS to ensure cash was posted correctly, reconcile customer accounts, manage chargebacks and pricing issues, and manage collections. Follow up on all customer accounts > 30 days past due. Document customer response. Send statements to customers as necessary.
• Release deliveries in SAP daily for certain risk-level customers.
• Prepare the month-end A/R report for all Aftermarket Customers, highlighting issues.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with Customers using tact and consideration.
• Assertive in resolving problems: need to interact with various departments to resolve issues.
