Your Ticket In

• Previous experience in electrical assembly, wiring, cable assembly, or electronics manufacturing preferred
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Dependable attendance and work ethic
• Comfort with tools, equipment, and PPE
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Comfortable reading wiring diagrams or step-by-step instructions
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work on your feet and lift up to 30 lbs

Your Role on the Line

• Assemble small electrical and mechanical components according to work instructions and schematics
• Perform wiring, crimping, routing, and connecting cables and harnesses
• Use hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, torque tools, and screwdrivers
• Read and follow assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and SOPs
• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and workmanship
• Identify and report defects, wiring errors, or missing components
