Two Staffmark Group Executives Named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2024 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing List
Cincinnati, OH — Staffmark Group is proud to announce that two of its top executives, Stacey Lane, CEO, and Suzanne Perry, Chief People Officer, have been named to the 2024 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). Now in it’s 10th year, this prestigious list honors 150 trailblazing women worldwide—100 from the Americas and 50 from other regions—who have made remarkable contributions to their organizations and the broader workforce ecosystem.
“The staffing industry is evolving rapidly amid significant transformations in technology and workforce dynamics, creating both challenges and exciting new opportunities. Our Global Power 150 Women in Staffing for this year have not only adapted to these changes but have excelled, setting new standards in the world of work,” said SIA President Ursula Williams. “Congratulations to our 2024 honorees for their vision, leadership, resilience, and dedication to driving positive change and shaping the future of our industry.”
As CEO of Staffmark Group, Stacey Lane has championed a high-performing, inclusive culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. Under her leadership, Staffmark Group has received numerous accolades, including Newsweek’s “America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity” and the Military Friendly® & Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Patriot Employer designations. Her leadership has also driven year-over-year revenue growth that outpaces industry benchmarks. Her contributions extend beyond the workplace through volunteer service with organizations such as Cincinnati FreeStore Foodbank, the Newport Institute, and Foster Nation.
Suzanne Perry, Chief People Officer at Staffmark Group, is dedicated to creating an inclusive and adaptable workplace culture. Perry has advanced the company’s DEI initiatives, leading to the creation of seven business resource groups that support LGBTQIA+ individuals, military personnel and veterans, Black employees and allies, women in the workplace, interfaith employees, the Hispanic community, and fair chance hiring. The company’s fair chance hiring program, which offers employment opportunities to individuals re-entering society from the U.S. justice system, has successfully placed 163 individuals and now operates across 32 states.
