Cincinnati, OH – Staffmark Group, a leading provider of total talent solutions and staffing services, has partnered with ARVAC, Inc. to further its mission of providing employment opportunities and support to individuals overcoming barriers to economic independence. As part of this collaboration, Staffmark Group has donated $10,000 to ARVAC through its RGF Connect program, a global initiative by its parent company, RGF Staffing, to invest in community-driven efforts that create lasting change.

ARVAC, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to combating poverty and empowering individuals through rehabilitation and workforce development programs, provides critical services to those in need. Staffmark Group not only supplies staffing services for ARVAC but also plays an active role in placing individuals who complete ARVAC’s rehabilitation programs into meaningful employment, reinforcing a shared commitment to sustainable workforce solutions.

The $10,000 contribution will help ARVAC bridge funding gaps and provide essential resources, covering 200 hours of case management, 50 birth certificates, 10 prepaid cell phones, two months of client transportation services, 300 diapers, and 100 days of childcare for pre-K children. By ensuring both childcare and basic necessities like diapers are covered, this funding supports single mothers and fathers in treatment, allowing them to focus on rebuilding their lives and securing employment. This directly aligns with ARVAC’s mission to remove barriers to work and provide individuals with the tools needed for long-term success.
