Minneapolis, MN
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Thursday | 8 AM – 4 PM
2 paid 15-minutes breaks + 1 unpaid 30-minutes lunch

What Makes You Stand Out.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years of administrative assistant or receptionist experience.
- Experience with shipping and receiving services such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Life on the Job.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients, maintaining a professional front-office experience.
- Manage visitor sign-in, badge distribution, and tracking to ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including handling courier deliveries such as UPS and FedEx.
- Coordinate daily outbound shipments and track incoming packages for employees.
- Support calendar management, scheduling meetings, conference rooms, and team events.
- Perform data entry, reporting, and administrative support using internal systems.
- Assist with expense reports, credit card reconciliation, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders to support office operations.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support across departments.
