• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• 3–5 years of related experience in the panel processing industry and a technical support role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective presentation abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with both metric and American measurements

Day-to-Day:

• Assist the sales team with creating, reviewing, and modifying sales documents, presentations, proposals, and recommendations for new, existing, and prospective customers.
• Analyze customer operations and requirements to develop solutions that meet their business needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team and customers to ensure business plans, sales commitments, and system specifications are successfully executed to maximize sales potential and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support to the service team as needed.
• Support marketing and advertising initiatives including press releases, trade shows (IWF/AWFS), and industry publications to highlight industry leadership and expertise.
• Serve as a liaison between Parts/Service, Sales, and customers to ensure equipment, parts, and service orders are fulfilled as expected.
• Provide ongoing training for employees and customers regarding new equipment, modifications, enhancements, or improvements.
• Monitor industry competition to stay informed on equipment developments, pricing trends, promotions, and related offerings.
• Work closely with customers to recommend and demonstrate appropriate software solutions aligned with their operational needs.
