2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM
Training on the 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Need To Bring

• Minimum 2 years of welding experience, including TIG and MIG welding
• Ability to pass an on-site weld test and interview
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail

What A Shift Looks Like

• TIG & MIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
• Read blueprints and follow Weld Process Specifications (WPS)
• Set up and operate welding equipment
• Complete welds that pass visual inspection and testing
• Use hand tools, grinders, and measuring tools
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
