Cypress, CA
Pay Rate: $16.90 per hour
Shift: 5 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Thursday
Must be flexible to work overtime on Fridays as needed.

As a Production Associate in Cypress, you’ll be part of the team that keeps production flowing. You’ll load materials, check quality, and help meet daily goals. Bring a good attitude and a strong work ethic, and let Staffmark handle the rest.

The Must-Haves
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Experience: 1 year of warehouse work.
Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting (up to) 50 lbs. bending, and staying active + Steel-toe boots.
Dependability: You show up, gear up, and get the job done.
Willingness to Learn: How to operate PIT equipment (Pallet Jacks, Forklift, Cherry Picker).

Keep Production Rolling
Accurately pack rice bags and inspect packaging for quality. Operate case taper machines and palletize cases up to 50 lbs. Assemble boxes with customer labels and assist with equipment cleaning. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and adhere to safety protocols. Wear required PPE (robe, hair/beard net, gloves, steel-toe shoes).
