Warehouse Shipping Receiving Clerk

Job Description:



Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Shipping Receiving Clerk to join our Mansfield team. This role bridges the office and warehouse floor, ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and shipped efficiently.

 

Pay & Schedule:

  • $19–$21/hour DOE
  • Monday–Friday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including assembling and fulfilling customer orders
  • Prepare shipments via common carriers and schedule LTL freight orders
  • Load/unload shipments and pack orders into crates, pallets, or dock lanes
  • Process shipment paperwork, verify merchandise, apply labels, complete Bills of Lading, and follow customer-specific instructions
  • Operate RF scanners for order picking and restocking
  • Support other warehouse personnel as needed and perform additional duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of warehouse experience, including shipping/receiving
  • Experience with warehouse equipment, such as stand-up reach trucks or cherry pickers
  • Steel-toe or composite work boots required
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with computers and warehouse management systems
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work overtime when needed
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Pay range minimum: $ 19.00
Pay range maximum: $ 21.00
