As a Computer Repair Lead, you’ll join a skilled team dedicated to driving technology forward and delivering impactful solutions across multiple industries. Schedule: 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday
Pay rate: $18 – $30/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the repair team’s daily operations to meet repair deadlines.
• Diagnose complex device issues and assist technicians with troubleshooting and technical support.
• Monitor repair quality, ensure safety compliance, and provide team feedback.
• Manage workloads and resources based on project priorities and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, labor, and incidents.
• Train team members on repair techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to improve processes and meet team goals.

Qualifications: 

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience repairing computers
• Strong leadership abilities
• Reliability and dependability
• A solid background in computer repair and troubleshooting
