Responsibilities:

• Handle communication with End Consumers and Client Customer Service teams via phone and email.
• Ensure timely and efficient coordination with the Home Delivery Service Center.
• Meet performance targets for speed, efficiency, and quality.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
