Schedule: 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday – Friday
Pay: $25.64/hr.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the purchasing, shipping, receiving, and storage of disaster relief materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
- Manage warehouse staff and volunteers, providing training and guidance to optimize performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and conduct regular audits and training.
- Maintain effective communication with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics to improve efficiency.
- Oversee the maintenance of depot facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
What You’ll Need:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred; equivalent warehouse logistics management experience accepted.
- Supervisory Experience: 3-5 years in a leadership role within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management, with expertise in depot operations and inventory control.
- Warehouse Equipment Proficiency: 3-4 years of experience operating warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, barcode scanners, and packing equipment; certifications may be required.
- Technical Skills: Experience with inventory management systems (Clearly Inventory is a plus) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and Zoom for communication and collaboration.
- Communication & Compliance: Strong ability to adapt communication styles for different audiences while maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance.
