Salary: $55K – $65K

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

As a Yard Operations Supervisor, you’ll lead employees handling tasks such as stock picking, operating saws and bevellers, truck loading/unloading, and yard maintenance. You’ll ensure equipment is well-maintained, control expenses, and foster a safety-first culture. If you’re a strong leader with a positive attitude and solid work ethic, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop employees.
• Manage inventory and operate within the ERP system (Stratix).
• Train employees and ensure safe handling of materials and equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Assist with equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and report issues to management.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain and maintain).
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the pipe or metals industry.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Stratix (helpful but not required).
