Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

As an Inside Sales Support Specialist, you will be essential in supporting our sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing vital administrative assistance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly to customer calls and emails, ensuring exceptional service and communication.
• Assisting with order entry, tracking orders, and managing order processing.
• Preparing sales reports and maintaining accurate internal records.
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.
• Providing product information and addressing customer concerns or issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or sales experience is beneficial.
