Job Description:
Are you a skilled Machine Operator looking for your next opportunity? Staffmark is hiring for a local manufacturing company in McClellan, CA. If you’re ready to join a team that values your expertise and makes a real impact, then we have the perfect fit for you!
Pay rate: $21 – $23/hr.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
As a Machine Operator, you will operate complex machinery while following safety protocols, monitor machine performance, and report any malfunctions or substandard products. Build and repair wooden pallets, maintain a clean and organized work area, and handle materials safely throughout the facility. Use power tools and equipment like saws, pneumatic tools, and forklifts, and assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing goods for shipment. Follow all safety procedures, complete physical tasks as assigned and support overall production efficiency.
Qualifications: Must have at least 2-3 years of recent consistent machine operating experience.
