Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; machining certification a plus.
• Experience with manual machines, CNC mills, lathes, or similar equipment (Haas, Mazak, Okuma a plus).
• Knows the math, the tools, and the tolerances that make good parts great.
• Dependable, safe, and ready to hustle.
• Comfortable lifting materials and working on your feet.

Job Duties:

• Set up, adjust, and operate your assigned machines
• Read job orders and choose the right tooling and settings
• Inspect parts for accuracy and surface finish
• Keep operations safe, smooth, and efficient
